Otterburn Candles DELIVERY NOTES: At the present time we only deliver to the United Kingdom, but accept orders from worldwide for delivery in UK. We use Royal Mail small package delivery. Cost of delivery is :   Cost                  Price Ranges £ 2.50  GBP        – up to £9.99    £ 2.75  GBP        – £10.00 to £24.99    £ 3.00  GBP        – £25.00 to £74.99 £ 3.50  GBP        – £75.00 to £149.99    £ 5.00  GBP        – £150.00 upwards  to cover Postage and Packing - this is a subsidised price. Dispatch is usually within 5 days of cleared payment. If delivery not received within 14 days or received damaged please contact us through the "contact page". In making a purchase you are entering into a contract - so please ensure that you are purchasing the correct item before completing the order - thank you.   If not completely satisfied, contact us within 20 days and a refund will be given. We accept payment through cheques, postal orders, and PayPal. All cheques and Postal orders should be made payable to "Willownook Products". You may cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched. Otterburn Candles are 100% committed to protecting your privacy.
